Here is our tried and true recipe that we use most mornings (serves 2 adults and one baby!). The extra calories and protein from adding a banana and PB turns GoodStuff into a full-fledged meal replacement. Here’s to hours of sustained energy!
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1 large TBSP of natural peanut butter
- 2-3 scoops of GoodStuff
- 3 cups of unsweetened Almond milk (or whichever non-dairy milk is on sale)
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve and savour.
