Chocolate Protein Balls

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup or 20 drops Stevia liquid
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) ground to a coarse meal in food processor or Vitamix
  • 1/4 hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2-4 tbsp Chocolate Chaga GoodStuff
  • 3tbsp cocoa
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt


Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined. If mixture is too dry to roll into balls add small amount of additional melted coconut oil. Roll into balls in desired size and place on parchment paper lined pan and place in fridge for 3-4 hrs. Store in air container in fridge.
